About
Jessica recently relocated from her home in Durham, NC to Paris, France in an attempt to recover from a chronic illness. Prior to the move she worked full-time as a Realtor and enjoyed staying active in the Durham community. She hopes to use Responsible Chocolate to document her time in Paris, food highlights and the adorable antics of her two dogs.

Love your website. I check in every now and again. Good Luck to you in Paris! I too am getting ready to move abroad. Here is to (insert wine glass) unnknown adventures ahead…may we have great times and make wonderful memories and eat lots of chocolate along the way( okay…in moderation) haha!
Thanks so much Sandy! I really appreciate you introducing yourself. Best of luck with your move.
Hey Jessica,
Just sent you a message on Facebook and then realized you likely check this more often. I love your blogg!! In Sweden you go to the ATM of your bank and put the card in and then create your pin. Maybe the same in France?
Take care and enjoy your time there!
Nina
Nina- it’s great to hear from you! Thank you! We are going to try that with the cards.

I found this via you facebook post today! I am glad you and Joel are doing well, it will be nice to check this now and then and keep up with your adventures! Love, Rina (Randy and Saanvi too)
Rina! It’s great to hear from you. How is being back in NC? We will be back in July and hope we can see you then.
Back for good or just a visit? Do keep us updated! We live in Charlotte now but come to the Triangle often since my in-laws are there.
Cannot wait to try the vegan and gluten free banana bread. Thank you!!
Ashley from Durham, NC
Thanks, Ashley! Please let me know if you try it. I made a loaf yesterday and just finished it at breakfast. I substituted apple sauce for once the bananas and it was good.
