The best gluten-free bread recipe

It is the best gluten-free bread I’ve tried. Moist, sweet, fluffy. Just amazing! It’s mostly nuts and eggs so it’s pretty dense, nutritionally.
I’ve made BLTs, PB & J, grilled cheese, avocado toast and more with it this week and they have all been delicious. Joel even loves it.
I’m not sure how well it would hold up to making french toast but I may try soon. I think I’ll also cook it for slightly shorter next time but that would just change the color, I think. The taste and texture are perfect.

“Being awesome is a full time job!” should cover it.
